Welcome to NeuroAmino Labs. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Research Use Only

  • All products are for laboratory research purposes only.

  • Products are not intended for human consumption, medical use, veterinary use, or diagnostic purposes.

  • By purchasing, you acknowledge that you understand the risks and that you are qualified to handle research chemicals responsibly.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from this site.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the knowledge and facilities to safely store and handle research materials.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are processed once payment is received and confirmed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.

  • Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped promptly. Processing and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

  • Delayed Packages: A package is not considered lost solely because tracking has stopped updating or the estimated delivery date has passed. Please allow 7 business days beyond the carrier’s estimated delivery date before requesting a replacement for a potentially lost shipment.

  • Lost Packages: If a package has not been delivered within 7 business days after its estimated delivery date, please contact us. We may require that a missing-mail search or carrier inquiry be initiated before approving a replacement. Once the shipment is reasonably determined to be lost in transit, NeuroAmino Labs may issue a one-time replacement shipment at no additional charge, subject to verification.

  • Packages Marked Delivered: Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled. If you cannot locate a delivered package, please check with household members, neighbors, your local carrier, and the delivery location before contacting us. We will assist where reasonably possible, but replacement of packages confirmed as delivered is not guaranteed and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. NeuroAmino Labs is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent.

  • Returned-to-Sender Packages: If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or inability of the carrier to complete delivery, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the package, shipping label, and damaged contents so we can review the issue.

  • Replacement Shipments: Approved replacement orders are limited to one replacement per original shipment. Replacement eligibility is determined after reviewing tracking information and the circumstances of the shipment.

5.RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY

  • By purchasing, you assume full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and use of all products.

  • NeuroAmino Labs is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from improper use.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeuroAmino Labs, its owners, and affiliates against any claims or liabilities related to the use of our products.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals, all sales are final.

  • No returns or refunds are accepted once an order has shipped, except in cases of verified error on our part.

7. Legal Compliance

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that purchasing and possessing research peptides is legal in your jurisdiction.

  • NeuroAmino Labs makes no representations regarding legality outside the United States.

  • Any attempt to use products outside of their intended research purpose is strictly prohibited.


8. Modifications

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of our site and products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
